**_Te mahi / The role_**

We are looking for an experienced systems specialist to join our team in a senior role. Our systems specialists work in small nimble teams working across a range of systems in each of our product portfolios.

We currently have vacancies in our Research and Medical systems portfolios, as a Senior Systems Specialist, you will:

- Provide technical skills around the systems in your portfolio, including troubleshooting issues, resolving problems, monitoring performance and working closely with clients.
- Collaborate with our customers to help them achieve their objectives, while capturing continual improvement opportunities.
- Mentor other systems specialists around you and enable others to grow and learn across the systems in your specialist domain.
- Stay current on industry trends and new technologies in the research or medical space and make recommendations for improvement and innovation.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials for end-users and internal technology teams.
- You will also be a great communicator and be committed to providing excellent customer service and work well in team environment.

Ideally, you will have considerable experience in a role involving the management and administration of information systems, including:

- A passion for delivering great outcomes to our clients across our systems.
- A keen ability to solve complex problems and deliver continuous improvement.
- You will have a demonstratable information systems generalist skillset.
- Proven information system administration skills and the ability to translate requirements into documented and managed change.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a proven ability to work with stakeholders across the organisation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
