**About the role**:
Our Portfolio Analyst plays an important part in ensuring effective project governance and provides insightful reporting to support decision-making. This work will enhance the project, programme and portfolio management (P3M3) maturity practices across Silver Fern Farms. The role also provides support and contributes to the development and adoption of organisation-wide project governance, frameworks, methodologies, processes, standards and tools.

The Portfolio Analyst will:

- Support the EPO in project governance
- Maintain portfolio reports and dashboards
- Identify and communicate new initiatives to bring further benefits to the business
- Ensure quality assurance activities are embedded within the portfolio delivery cycle and undertaken throughout the life project and programmes

**What you bring** to the team**:
You’ll have keen attention to detail with an energetic approach to business and people. You’ll demonstrate a solid understanding of P3M3 principles, project management approaches, frameworks, methodologies, procedures, processes and tools.

Ideally, you’ll bring experience working as a Portfolio Analyst, with evidence of delivering value across Enterprise programmes.
