About the role and our team
The Team Leader, Electronic Monitoring is a pivotal role, it is key to supporting the development and growth of our Operations Advisers. You will lead a team of highly talented individuals; we will look to you to bring out the best in them, using your leadership skills to create a high performing and driven team.
The role operates across a 24 hour, 7 day a week rotating roster. This can take some time to get used it, and it's important for you to think about your commitments outside of work before applying.

Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience
To ensure your success we would look to you to demonstrate some or all of the following skills, experience and attributes:

- Experience leading, coaching and developing others
- Leadership experience in either a complex contact centre, customer service role, or in rehabilitation and reintegration related disciplines and practices.
- Sound judgement, problem solving and decision-making ability in dynamic, complex, high risk and/or sensitive situations.
- Resilience to deal with shift work, challenging situations, and people with difficult behaviours
- Excellent communication skills
- A great team-player
- Ability to create a high performing team

Utu ā-tau | Salary
- The starting salary for this role is $75,829.
