- The role is base at our client site in Christchurch
- The role is for a part time position
- The working hours are 25 hours per week, 8am to 1pm, Monday to Friday
**About the Role**
Managed Services, is a division within the Canon Group. Our focus is on the non-core office services and support functions for small to large Blue Chip organisations throughout Australia and New Zealand. The services that we provide enable our clients to focus on their core business.
**Main duties**
- Office Service Management and Site Administration
- Driving site customer service standards
- Mail and courier processing and delivery
- Fulfilment and Distribution management
- Invoicing and billing processing
- Adhoc service management including reception cover
- General back-office support and admin tasks as required
- Ensure your site is compliant with Canon and client Health & safety Standards
**Key Requirements**
- Experience in Customer Service
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong attention to detail, hardworking, reliable and flexible
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
- Able to effectively prioritise and multitask
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
- Good knowledge of MS packages in particular Microsoft Office and Word
- You are known for your professionalism and ‘getting things done’
