High Performance Sport New Zealand leads the high-performance system in New Zealand. HPSNZ works in partnership with national sport organisations, allocates resources to sports organisations and athletes, and delivers world-leading support to impact performance.

We are recruiting for a professional super star to provide Business Performance Support at our HPSNZ National Performance Centres in Christchurch and Dunedin. The role sits within a team of dedicated professionals committed to providing world-class administrative support to the organisation.
- The position is full-time Monday - Friday onsite, based in Christchurch (with travel to and from Dunedin approx. 4 trips/ year)

Reporting to the Business Performance Support Manager, the role is responsible for ensuring HPSNZ's operations and administration in the South Island is managed efficiently and effectively while supporting a culture of business improvement.

This role is for you if you have these skillsets:

- Strong communication and presentation skills, delivering with confidence and enthusiasm;
- Excellent time management skills, being able to plan, set and achieve goals;
- Great multi-tasking skillset with the ability to work well under pressure;
- Experience with reporting on budgets and deliverables, tracking project risks, issues, including wins;
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships both internal and external;
- Are a team player with world-class customer service skills;
- Highly organised with superior attention to detail with forward planning;
- Strong initiative and systems and process strengths;
- Professional services, and/or experience in planning events, hui, conferences and workshops;
