**About the role**
We have a busy practice and a large portfolio of work; this role provides key documentation support

for the Marketing and Client Strategy Team. Reporting to the Communications Specialist, you will

support the Marketing and Bid’s function by ensuring we always have the right content and

documentation on hand.

You will be gathering information to assist our team in putting together bid submissions, this is

often from internal contributing parties. You will also assist with the production of marketing

documents and content in support of the Marketing team.

**Key responsibilities**
- Interviews and research to gather information for the creation of marketing documents,

presentations & collateral.
- Assisting the Communications Specialist with creation of project summaries
- Assembling employee CVs for inclusion in bids and submissions.
- Compiling documentation for bid submissions by gathering information from internal parties.
- Assist in the production and management of our ‘content library’ across AU & NZ
- Maintaining and creating posts for our intranet site, updating the business on key project

milestones
- General support the Bid Manager and the Communications Specialist with projects and initiatives

**Hours**
Part-time contract role. Approx. 20 hours per week (as agreed) Nov 22 - Feb 23 or as agreed with

**You will have**:

- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
- Sales or business experience would be beneficial
- Be working towards a tertiary qualification / bachelor in one of the following fields:

- Commerce / Property / Business Studies
- Construction management or similar
- Marketing / Communications
- or relevant qualification
- Highly organised and enjoy working to deadlines and timeframes.
- Experience on Adobe suite (particularly InDesign) and MS suite
- A can do and pragmatic approach
- Carries out their duties in keeping with Ignite’s vision and values.
