**About the role**:
Reporting to the Bid Manager, the role will see you collaborate with a wide range of highly regarded colleagues to produce, project manage and take full ownership of high quality, tailored bid responses. Clients are primarily located in New Zealand; however, there are some clients who have global presence and from time to time you may work with other Gallagher teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and deliver RfP and new business materials (including expressions of interest, capability statements, presentations and other business development collateral) end to end from managing bid kick off process, coordinating input from stakeholders through to visual design, creation, and content writing.
- Support Bid Manager with key tasks such asupdating bid pipeline document, completing bid close out process, conducting bid retrospective workshops, coordinating inputs for bids and other tasks as required
- Creating visual elements and visually designing, producing and formatting key business development collateral as required
- Maintaining the bid content library including past bids, case studies, templates and testimonials
- Drafting written responses, visually designing, producing and formatting bid and key business development collateral as required
- Contributing to thedevelopment of the bid plan, strategy, win themes &analysis of client drivers

**Skills and Experience**
- Strong knowledge and experience in best practice bid management
- Advanced MS Word skills
- Excellent visual design skills
- Flexible and agile
- Solid prioritisation skills & ability to multi-task in a deadline driven environment
- Robust writing, grammatical, editing and proofing skills
- Project Management skills
- High attention to detail
