With a significant pipeline of large-scale tenders in 2025 and beyond, we're looking for a Graduate Bid Writer to join our high-performing team. This is a unique opportunity to learn the art and science of bidding, contribute to major infrastructure projects, and grow your career in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
**What you'll do**:
- Support the development of bid strategies and submission plans for projects ranging from $5M to $100M+.
- Embrace technology and tools to streamline content creation and collaboration.
- Help shape compliant, structured, and persuasive proposals that reflect client needs.
- Work to tight deadlines with a focus on quality, clarity, and impact.
**What you'll bring**:
- You'll be a recent graduate or in your final year studying a Bachelors degree in English, Marketing, or a related field.
- A natural flair for writing and storytelling, with strong attention to detail.
- Confidence to ask questions, challenge assumptions, and dig deep for insights.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- A proactive, curious mindset and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office, predictive analytics and smart systems as well as a willingness to learn new systems.
- A genuine passion in construction and infrastructure.
