**We have**:
An opportunity for a Bid Writer/Marketing & Communications Coordinator to play a pivotal role in a team of two, within a wider cohesive team, contributing to RLB’s continued success and gold standard reputation within the construction industry. This dynamic, full-time position offers a unique blend of responsibilities, including producing competitive bids and submissions, compiling project case studies and driving marketing initiatives.

**You have**:

- Excellent communication skills and confident creative writing abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines, often juggling multiple projects simultaneously
- Analytical thinking and a fast learner comfortable with technology
- Ambitious, motivated and highly organised
- Experience with InDesign is a plus but not required; training can be provided
- A degree in communications or similar field preferred, but transferrable experience will be considered

**Key responsibilities**
- Produce competitive bids & submissions with a focus on quality assurance
- Track bid opportunities from various sources
- Draft engaging LinkedIn posts and project case studies
- Assist with detailed reporting and graphic design work within brand guidelines
- Drive marketing initiatives from inception to completion
- Organise branded marketing collateral and occasionally assist with small-scale event organisation
- Utilise AI for bid submission content, streamlining the bidding process and ensuring consistency and efficiency
