**Learner Support Administrator**:
**_ Te āhua o Te Tūrunga - The nature of the position_**
Reporting to the Team Lead, Learner Support you will provide ongoing administration to ensure compliance with TEC LLN funding conditions. You will also be responsible for supporting the Learner Support and field teams with clear and timely reporting and monitoring to ensure that learner can be successful in completing their qualification.
This role will ensure the planning, administration, deployment, and continuous improvement of Learner Support initiatives.
**_ Ngā tino Pūkenga/Whēako - Essential skills/experiences for the role_**
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills - both verbal and written
- Ability to work positively in a team environment
- Ability to cross functionally execute operational implementation plans
- High attention to detail and effective time management
- Proven experience in administration, including reporting and data analysis
- Some experience or knowledge in adult education and understanding of workplace training would be ideal
- An understanding of learner support programmes is beneficial (in particular, Literacy and Numeracy) and intervention strategies
- An understanding of the drive for efficiency to improve consistency within company processes and procedures
- Sound knowledge of MS Office programme suite
