We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. This is a junior position and is a great opportunity to grow your career in the financial services industry.

**About the Role**

The Administration Officer will provide general administration support to the Operations team. The Administration Officer provides supports to the teams by providing document and settlement services for their dedicated lenders. This constitutes providing accurate, efficient and effective day to day delivery of services within agreed timeframes, whilst maintaining and fostering a positive relationship with the client. This role is well suited to an organised person looking to commence their career in the financial services sector.

It can include:

- General filing and receipting of documents
- Handling office mail
- Preparing letters, reports and other correspondence
- Reviewing documents
- and much more

- You excel at providing outstanding customer service
- Your computer literacy and data entry skills are exceptional and you adapt to new technologies that are introduced

- if you have prior experience with mortgage processing or other comparable finance industry experience
