**About the Company and Role**
Under the banner of driving excellence, Continental Cars sales and after-sales departments of the same state-of-the-art facilities and industry-leading service and solutions delivered by highly trained staff. Continental Cars Ferrari is looking for a dedicated and motivated Receptionist/Administrator who share the same passion to join our team.
The role will be based at our Newmarket dealership working alongside the Sales Manager and three Sales Executive. As our new Receptionist/Administrator, you are to demonstrate a high level of customer service, ensure the dealership is kept to a standard of cleanliness and presentation, and provide efficient administrative support with the utmost professionalism for our Ferrari Sales department.
You will also be responsible for the following administrative tasks, but not limited to:
- Promptly and accurately process all documentation such as vehicle sales agreements, invoices, change of ownership, purchase orders etc.
- Prepare correspondence, reports and other documentation as required
- Prepare documentation for registration of vehicles
- Maintain stock lists accurately
- Complete manufacturers report as required
- Type up letters, and other documents and send and distribute mail when required
- Assist in the presentation and execution of showroom functions Liaise with Ferrari Marketing Manager to deliver the Marketing Plan, as required by Ferrari
- Be available, from time to time, for Ferrari Events, as outlined in the Marketing Plan, to aid with logistics and welcome clients
**What are we looking for?**
Experienced within an automotive dealership and familiarity with vehicle registration processes, and CRM database management will be looked upon favourably.
- Proven experience in a customer facing position.
- An effervescent and warm personality.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Advanced MS office and general computer skills.
- Sound knowledge of telecommunications and administrative procedures and requirements.
- Relevant administrative qualifications and/or experience in a similar role.
- A current drivers licence.
