About the Role

Due to an internal secondment, we're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Service Administrator to join our team on a fixed-term contract through to November 2026. This full-time role (47.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 7:30am – 5:30pm) offers a great opportunity to be part of a supportive and fast-paced environment where your attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
  • Manage incoming calls and confirm service appointments
  • Accurately process service documents, invoices, and timecards
  • Maintain and update customer records and databases
  • Liaise with customers regarding job progress and service updates
  • Process payments and reconcile daily transactions
  • Follow up on outstanding accounts
  • Order and manage office supplies and creditor invoices
  • Complete manufacturer reports and distribute mail
  • Support the service team with general administrative tasks and ensure compliance with health and safety policies
