**Your Role**:
As an Account Director, you'll be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of Auckland clients and driving new business growth. You'll collaborate with some of New Zealand's top brands, creating innovative advertising solutions that connect with audiences in valued and engaging environments.

Your proactive engagement in portfolio planning will be crucial to achieving both revenue and non-revenue objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage a portfolio of Auckland clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Develop and deliver innovative advertising solutions.
- Drive revenue growth and diversity, focusing on high-value customers.
- Collaborate with Ad Operations to address campaign challenges.
- Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the sales process.

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of digital marketing and online advertising media.
- Ability to connect commercial success, consumer insights, and media optimisation.
- Strong strategic mindset and business process understanding.
- Adaptability in a rapidly changing business and industry.
- Excellent organisational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and all levels of management.
