We have two great Account Director roles on out there at excellent agencies, both of whom are interested in meeting Account Directors (or Senior Account Managers ready to step up) from offshore and would help facilitate a relocation. Alternatively, these roles could also suit native Kiwi Account Directors working overseas who are ready to bring that learning back home.
The first role is at one of the very best, most awarded ad agencies in New Zealand with big network backing and is to work on two large accounts in the automotive and energy sectors. The second is to work on one of the best loved and most prestigious accounts in the country at a creative agency that is part of a growing indie network.
**Account Director Requirements**
- 4 to 5 years + working in a respected creative agency, ideally on a blue chip client
- Passion for the advertising industry at large and for developing the very best work for your clients
- Experience working across multiple channels including TV/video, print, digital and social
- Confident developing relationships at all levels both internally and externally
- Stature and ability to lead meetings and manage/inspire teams
- Solid strategic understanding
- Good financial / commercial nous
