ABOUT THE ROLE
The primary function of an Experiential Account Director is to provide account & project leadership to build and maintain positive, trusted, and constructive relationships with clients. The Experiential Account Director will represent the agency in a professional manner, presenting work and selling the agencies capabilities in a confident manner.
As an Experiential Account Director, you play a critical role as the interface between Raydar and your clients. Your role requires a constant demonstration of effective client management, project delivery and commercial acumen. You will be a trusted advisor to your clients with a deep understanding of their business, our business and how to create effective work.
You are expected to assist in growing revenue for the agency by pursuing and developing business opportunities through an understanding of your clients' businesses and what they need to achieve within their team, and business. As well as supporting the GBD to push our experiential capability to new and existing clients.
Management and development of staff is also required in this role. As an Experiential Account Director, you will oversee and Account Manager, Talent Manager(s) (external resource) & Brand Ambassador's (not as direct reports but in the capacity of these roles) and will need to create and foster an environment where the wider account service team can learn from your expertise and experience.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

A passion for great creative, shopper marketing, retail communications and creating original work that drives action.

Experience with experiential marketing from in store to outdoor activations

Ideally a minimum of 4years experience within an advertising agency or experiential agency.

A positive attitude to all briefs - from smaller tactical to larger, more creative led.

A team player, understanding good relationships are key to great work.

An ability and hunger to see/understand the bigger picture.
