Account Management/Client Service

FCB Aotearoa are seeking an Account Director (Client Service) in our Account Management Team, Auckland. This role requires a strategic thinker, and champion of creative - able to deliver a wide range of solutions across all platforms.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 6+ years experience in a similar client service role, preferably within a large full service agency
- High level of commitment, drive and energy
- Experience leading a team and nurturing high performing talent
- Independent problem solving and decision making abilities
- Ability to manage workload and opportunities across the team
- Intuition to manage and incorporate diverse perspectives throughout the strategic and creative process
- Understanding of retail and digital production is critical
- Naturally, you’ll have a positive, friendly attitude, equally able to have a laugh - a large dose of banter never goes amiss at FCB, fostering team and agency culture is a given
