About the Role
As Associate Director - Accounting Services you will be responsible for leading teams, and directions for Accounting Services within Datacom’s Finance Shared Services.
What you’ll do

**As Associate Director - Accounting Services you will**:

- Oversee accounting processes & activities including financial controls, ensuring reported results comply with accounting principles & IFRS and providing financial analysis
- Manage Month End Close, related Reporting and Audits
- Drive and delivery performance reporting analysis for the Business and Business Finance Partners
- Engage and collaborate with the Business, Stakeholders, and internal partners
- Develop and build depth across the Team and mentor & coach others
- Maintain a high standard of documentation for financial processes, including but not limited to Reconciliations, Audits, Tax and other Regulatory reporting requirements
- Implement appropriate accounting policies and procedures in compliance with internal policies, accounting principles & IFRS
- Participate in and ensure any new finance systems, system enhancements and process improvements are implemented smoothly and on time
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvements and drive efficiencies
- Assist with additional ad-hoc task as and when required.

What you’ll bring
Join us in this critical and challenging role, where you’ll bring extensive experience as a senior finance manager leading an accounting function within a complex, corporate environment. You must be CA qualified and passionate about leading an efficient & effective accounting services team.
