We have a Senior Account Director / Group Account Director role at an excellent, growing customer experience agency with big, highly creative and respected network backing. This agency brings together specialists across brand, experience, data and technology to deliver data-driven, connected creativity throughout the customer journey. You would be working on 3 of New Zealand’s most recognised brands across the travel & tourism, banking and telcos sectors, developing and delivering customer experience / direct marketing and communications strategies and campaigns.

**Senior Account Director / Group Account Director Responsibilities**
- Managing and leading a team
- Translating Clients goals and objectives into plans and action
- Stakeholder management, both client and agency-side
- Constantly looking for opportunities to innovate and improve creative work / campaigns

**Senior Account Director / Group Account Director Requirements**
- Excellent knowledge of the industry, in particular around Direct Marketing / Customer Experience Management and communication strategies and execution.
- Good understanding of what makes for strong strategic and creative work, with an ability to progress the agency agenda in this field.
- Leadership experience including coaching, nurturing and helping to create a positive team environment.
- Ability to develop strong client partnerships and create a relationship where creative ideas can flourish.
- Experience of leading and directing the creative development process
- A history of having developed close relationships with planners on the development of communications strategies and creative briefs
- Good financial management, commercial awareness and the ability to identify new opportunities
