Due to the ongoing growth of our business in New Zealand we are looking for an Account Director, Majors to join our fast growing team.

** AS AN ACCOUNT DIRECTOR, MAJORS YOU WILL**:

- Retain and grow revenue in one or a small number of strategic accounts
- Build and develop strategic, deep relationships with your stakeholders
- Create and execute strategies that increase stickiness and optimize ROI for customers
- Lead a virtual team of technical resources to achieve success
- Achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets

** WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH**:

- At least 10 years of senior sales experience preferably within an emphasis on Cloud, database, ETL, AI or BI
- A track record of identifying, managing and closing complex deals across major accounts
- A proven track record in strategic selling
- Superb relationship skills underpinned by superior communication skills
- Exceptional account planning and sales execution skills
- A growth mindset and pro-active style
- A passion for building and leveraging winning teams
- A penchant for working in startup style environments
