O Mahurangi will form a vital transport link in north Auckland as more people live and work in Silverdale, Whangaparāoa and the Hibiscus Coast. The new two-lane road and shared walking and cycling path will provide improved travel times between Whangaparāoa and wider Auckland. We need an experienced Digital Document Specialist to join the Fulton Hogan team on the O Mahurangi Penlink Alliance. This role is the system Gate Keeper of all project related documentation. You will be controlling documents such as reports, drawings, financial records and other confidential project-related electronic documents and correspondence with multi external parties. This is a crucial role on all of our projects ensuring confidential and information is shared correctly and with the right people and in the right way. In addition to this, you will be maintaining the Electronic Document Records Management System (EDRMS) by reviewing daily uploads, ensuring correct metadata/ information tags is applied, running reports when required and the training and support of the EDRMS to all staff. As our Digital Document Specialist, you will use your exceptional process and organisational skills to the fullest and become the point of contact for all enquiries related to Records Management including documentation and the EDRMS. A true team player, you will enjoy being at the heart of things, take pride in the fact you know exactly where documents are and be the expert that works closely with other teams to ensure they have the information and support they need. To be successful in this role you will need to have a keen eye for detail and the ability to approach team members, both internal and external to guide and provide training when processes are not followed. You will be approachable and always ready to help. On-the-job and ongoing training for business processes and the EDRMS will be provided, and you will be well supported by a wider Digital Document & Systems Team. To be suitable for this position you will ideally have the following skills: - Electronic Document Records Management System (EDRMS) knowledge - Strong MS Office suite expertise - High attention to detail / accuracy and initiative - Strong written and oral communication skills - Process Knowledge - Ability to learn and develop new systems quickly - Prior construction experience is an advantage but not a requirement - A Records & Information or Business Administration qualification will be advantageous but is not essential Creating, Connecting and caring for the community Our people regularly donate their time to local causes and initiatives, while at a regional and national level we provide financial support, skills and resources to a wide range of organisations that are strengthening our communities.
