**What You'll Do | Mō te Tūranga**

As the Digital Initiative Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of the AA Membership & Marketing teams' digital initiatives. You'll bridge the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring innovative ideas become reality. Here's a taste of what you'll get up to:

- Support the launch of key digital initiatives for the AA Membership & Marketing teams.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into actionable requirements and plans.
- Analyze and document processes, identify inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement.
- Facilitate workshops, manage select projects, and ensure initiatives meet business objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with project teams and across the AA, building trust as a digital domain expert.
- Lead knowledge management best practices for the Digital Marketing team.

**About You | Mōu**
- 3+ years' experience in digital projects or business analysis (a plus for marketing automation or app development).
- Highly skilled at creating clear, concise documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for process improvement.
- Tertiary qualification preferred, but relevant experience is key
