We are enriched by many different languages, customs and lifestyles and are firm believers in celebrating differences and encouraging a workplace and culture where you can be yourself and thrive. **About the opportunity** - This is an exciting opportunity for a Training and Documentation Lead who will be responsible for ensuring that a training plan is created which is fit for the purpose of the mulii-phase, ERP implementation project across multiple Business Units and the execution of the plan is completed successfully on time. - This role will support the Business Integration Training partner by providing a Fletcher specific interpretation to the scope and management of the Training plan. **About you** - We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in leading Learning and Development initiatives - preferably in Systems implementations in a Project environment. You will need to be able to effectively manage workloads and relationships in a mature manner within a large fast-paced corporate environment. - Additionally, we are also looking for the following skills: - Confident and clear communication - The ability to relate to people at all levels of the organisation and from different backgrounds - The ability to prioritise, use initiative and “run with the ball" when required - Analysis/Problem solving skills and project planning is essential - Being able to compare, collate and manipulate data/information effectively - Advanced level in use of Microsoft Office products - At least 3 years of experience in leading Learning and Development initiatives - preferably in Systems implementations in a Project environment **What we offer** - We offer free car-parking (Penrose location), a flexible hybrid working model including days in the office and days at home.
