As Digital Content Specialist, you will:
- Be a key part of delivering the Digital Content Strategy that supports the AT website and AT mobile app
- Create excellent customer experiences through building compelling digital content and engaging storytelling
- Plan, produce and publish written content across digital channels to drive customer advocacy, simplify our customers' digital journeys, and empower customers to easily access information and services without the need for assistance.
