We're looking for someone who thrives behind the scenes - someone thoughtful, reliable, and quietly influential. This is a senior advisory position that supports the Office of the Chief Executive, the Office of the Mayor, and the Communication and Engagement Unit. You'll help coordinate priorities, offer strategic advice, and ensure clear, consistent advice across Council.

This isn't a front-facing role, it's about making sure the right things happen at the right time and helping others lead well. You will bring:

- A calm, considered approach to complex issues
- Strong judgement and the ability to work discreetly in a political environment
- Experience in strategic communications, policy, or public sector advisory roles
- A knack for building trust and working collaboratively across teams
