**Where you’ll make an impact**
- Are you a customer champion ready to make an impact?
- Ensure our existing and potential residents and their families have the best experience at every touch point.
- Deliver a market-leading customer experience and drive stronger customer initiatives.
- Support the CX Manager in driving the design and implementation of our CX programmes to identify moments that matter and recommendations for future improvement.
- Manage the delivery and implementation of the NPS and Customer Voice programme.
- Work closely with our operations team and other key stakeholders to improve care home and village residents’ experience by providing insights and developing action plans.
- Be part of a close-knit, supportive team who play an integral role in enriching the lives of our society’s most vulnerable.

**What about you**
- Experience with NPS and Voice of the Customer programmes.
- Experience in survey design and delivery, customer experience, customer research, customer service or similar.
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and intercultural skills and the ability to form meaningful connections with people from all walks of life.
- You’re a real go getter with a ‘can do’ attitude who loves working in an agile culture that’s growing and evolving.
- A compassionate person who strives for excellence and a desire to make a difference.
