We have the opportunity for three Associate Customer Advisors to join our Customer Contact Group, Rōpū Whakapā Kiritaki. The TEC Customer Contact Group is an innovative and energetic team focused on delivering excellent customer service to our key customers, tertiary education providers and learners.
One vacancy sits within the Customer Advocacy Team, which is responsible for providing an advanced form of Customer Care that focuses on what is deemed to be the best for our customer. The key is maintaining relationships with providers who have significant influence, and these customer advocates play a significant role in bridging the gap between customers and TEC and keeping this relationship intact.

- efficiently and accurately establishing the customer's needs and assessing how to provide the assistance required (including escalation as appropriate).
- accurately mapping the customer journey and addressing pain points, building strong relationships externally and internally.
- appropriately identifying and escalating privacy, risk, and other potential problems.

**He kōrero mōu**: What we are looking for
- Some experience working in a contact centre or an equivalent customer-facing role with. demonstrated ability to quickly learn contact centre technology and systems.
- good oral and written communication skills including a confident and pleasant telephone manner.
- clear and concise written correspondence skills.
