**About the role**
The Customer Delivery Advisor is responsible for supporting the delivery of customer projects in an effective and efficient manner, resulting in an increased positive customer experience.

An integral part of the projects’ success, you’ll work internally and externally with our customers and stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project are running smoothly, including scheduling, invoicing, stakeholder management, escalations and variations.

In this fast-paced role you’ll make a tangible difference in delivering success stories for our customers, as part of a team who delivered over $110m worth of projects this past year and are expecting increases in the upcoming year. You can also look forward to building a broad network across Vector and our external partners, gaining exposure to a diverse array of functions that could take your career in several directions

**Who we are looking for**
- You’ll be an experienced contract and project administrator/coordinator, with commercial/financial/legal acumen
- You’ll have a track record of managing customer engagements in complex environments, liaising effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Ideally, you’ll have prior experience within the Energy sector, or otherwise transferrable experience within the Utilities, Telecomms or Construction sectors and knowledge and/or experience with easements.
- You’ll have a high degree of attention to detail, with the ability to balance a busy portfolio.
