Customer Advisor - Customer Contact Group

What will you be doing?
- conducting assigned outbound calling requests and leading script design, testing, auto-caller setup, reporting,
- relationship managing an assigned portfolio of “high value” ($2m-$5m each) PTEs and other PTEs recognised by the TEC to assist with meeting funding conditions and other needs,
- first point of contact for TEC for the Top 60 largest TEOs and PTEs in partnership with RMIs portfolios each funded $5m+,
- where required, managing escalated complex complaints,

What will you bring to the role?
- experience working in a contact centre (more than one year)
- good knowledge of TEC products and services OR demonstrated ability to quickly learn and operate at that level
- particularly good oral and written communication skills including a confident and pleasant telephone / website chat manner,
- clear and concise written correspondence, and the ability to manage more than one contact at a time (on chat)
- experience staying organised while performing a wide variety of tasks and working in a sometimes high pressured, time constrained and ambiguous environment.
