We have an exciting opportunity available to join our Albany, Auckland based Support Centre as a **Customer Services Advisor.**

As a Customer Services Advisor, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for being the primary point of contact for all supply chain customer queries ensuring service excellence at all times.

**What You'll Deliver**:

- To be a primary point of contact for service excellence in the Supply Chain
- Log all issues received and deal with them in accordance with agreed service standards
- Liaise with internal and external parties as necessary to service customers
- Process and manage warranty charges and refunds
- Process manual orders.

**Core Capabilities You Need**:

- Awesome customer service skills
- Strong communications skills
- Focus on accuracy and detail
- Proficient with Microsoft office suite
