The Role
We are delighted to partner in the search for an enthusiastic Customer Service Team Lead with a genuine passion for delivering top quality service. Based at their state-of-the-art Wellington showroom, reporting to the General Manager. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with all stakeholders across the business and leading a passionate team of Customer Service professionals. As a natural problem solver, you will have the ability to think outside the box and tailor solutions in order to deliver a seamless customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Communicate effectively across multiple departments to ensure a smooth sales experience
- Build and maintain a culture of service excellence, quality and ensure process compliance
- Create world-class service standards across the business
- Coordinate, lead, coach and develop a high performing customer service & after sales/service team
**What we are looking for**:
- A solution-focused individual with a positive attitude and technical mindset
- Demonstrated experience delivering top quality customer service. Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative, Customer Service Manager, Service Department Manager or Service Technician is highly advantageous
- The ability to work under pressure
- Exceptional communication skills and strong attention to detail
