The Company Our client, Arrow Uniforms specialise in the design, manufacture, and distribution of professional apparel across all major sectors including Healthcare, Corporate, Hospitality and Trade. With over 30 years in the business, Arrow Uniforms offer full uniform solutions including customised branding design, personalised online accounts, appro uniform sampling, wearer trial programmes sizing services with digital technology, uniform recycling options, and much more.
The Role This is a great opportunity to join an established market leader that specialises in business-to-business sales of high-quality uniform and work wear solutions. You will lead a small team collaboratively, leveraging your commercial experience. You will be someone who looks for constant improvement and you will have the support and mentorship of an experienced team and accountant when required. This role will oversee the finance and compliance functions of the company, as well as a contributing member of the leadership team. Some domestic travel is required between sites in Wellington, Auckland and Christchurch.

**What you'll need to succeed**:
Experience in leading and managing finance teams
Experience in preparing budgets and cashflow forecasts
The ability to plan and manage CAPEX and OPEX expenditure
An understanding of Tax compliance
- GST, PAYE, FBT
Experience with overseeing Accounts payable/receivable and credit control
Experience in developing processes and procedures
The ability to provide timely monthly reporting and commercial insights to the leadership team
