The Role This is a great opportunity to join an established market leader that specialises in business-to-business sales of high-quality uniform and work wear solutions. You will lead a small team collaboratively, leveraging your commercial experience. This role will oversee the finance and compliance functions of the company, as well as a contributing member of the leadership team. Some domestic travel is required between sites in Wellington, Auckland and Christchurch.

**What you'll need to succeed**:
Experience in leading and managing finance teams
Experience in preparing budgets and cashflow forecasts
The ability to plan and manage CAPEX and OPEX expenditure
An understanding of Tax compliance
- GST, PAYE, FBT
Experience with overseeing Accounts payable/receivable and credit control
Experience in developing processes and procedures
Experience with budgeting and managing Foreign Exchange
The ability to provide timely monthly reporting and commercial insights to the leadership team
