About this role:_**
The Customer Relations role is responsible for providing professional, efficient and timely customer service, administration and warehouse support to the company’s internal and external team, customers, stakeholders and vendors. To ensure that these functions are managed effectively, efficiently and accurately and in line with organisational requirements.
**Key objectives include**:
- Providing phone support to all customers in a professional manner, and re-directing where required
- Accurately processing purchase orders, credits and other relevant data into SAP
- General Administration in AP & AR duties as required
- Ensuring that Applied’s agreed quality standards are maintained with regard to its products, procedures, policies, operations and customer contact
- Observing all health and safety policies and procedures and taking all reasonable care that actions or omissions do not impact on the health and safety of others
- Working within and actively promoting Applied’s corporate strategies, policies, procedures and code of conduct
- Operational warehouse & Logistical task coverage

**About you**:
- Previous use of SAP in a similar environment (preferred but not essential)
- 1-2 years demonstrated experience in a customer service environment
- High level of computer literacy and Intermediate working knowledge of MS Office and data management software and office equipment, along with demonstrated ability to learn other programs quickly
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills, with a high level of attention to detail and efficiency to ensure deadlines are achieved
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Analysis and problem-solving skills
- Highly effective and accurate written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with limited supervision and display superior time management skills, initiative and self
- motivation and ability to prioritise competing tasks
**Remuneration**:
