**About the Role**

A career defining opportunity for two Product Manager’s to join our team and assist with the development and implementation of strong, profitable consumer-driven marketing strategies and action plans that differentiate products, improve market share and increase brand awareness.

It is a brilliant platform for you to gather deep knowledge of the product and market environment, and subsequently devise strategies to grow the product range across NZ market.

Based either out of our Graceland, Lower Hutt or Kingsland Auckland offices, you will partner and work with various stakeholders and drive product plans to deliver our business aspirations.

**Responsibilities**
- Implement New Product Development projects and provide effective project management to ensure timely delivery of products and projects
- Own the product management for Protective Coatings and Texture brands OR for our Specialty and Accessories portfolio
- Understand the impact on each area of the business and marketto execute product innovation and propositions
- Gather data for new products, from competitive research, to product information set up, sales forecast, packaging development, sales forecast
- Deliver our product training and engagement programmes
- Drive the internal sell in of campaigns and product launches to sales teams

**Skills and Experience**
- A degree qualification in Marketing and/or a Commerce discipline
- 2-5 years’ experience in a marketing role or a commercial environment where you have been interfacing with external customers or different stakeholders
- A passion for products and customers
- Experience in delivering comprehensive product growth plans
- Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills
