This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong admin skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced but supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel
- Prepare, edit, and format reports, correspondence, and documents
- Act as a point of contact between management, clients, and stakeholders
- Maintain filing systems and manage confidential information
- Assist with internal communications and staff coordination
- Organise events and track deadlines for projects and tasks
- Perform general office duties and provide ad hoc support as required

**Key Requirements**:

- NZQF Level 4 Certificate or at least three years of relevant work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters with discretion
- Friendly, professional manner and a positive attitude

**What We Offer**:
