Picker / Packer / Dispatcher

Monavale Blueberries are looking for a team player to join them for their busy summer.

Part time 20 hours

Monday to Friday

8am to 12 noon

December 2025 to April 2026

About the role

*accurately bagging, packaging and labelling retail products

*printing labels for the days pack

*packaging sales orders ready for dispatch

*delivering orders to local retailers

*ensuring the warehouse and work area is kept clean and tidy

*assist with inventory management and restocking as required

*collaborate with team members to met daily production goals

The person we are looking for will

*be reliable and punctual

*be able to follow instructions

*use initiative and complete tasks

*have a full, clean drivers licence

*be physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg

*pay attention to detail and accuracy

*follow company policies on health, hygiene and food safety

*be a team player and capable of working alone as necessary
