With a strong focus on reliability and efficiency, we are looking for a skilled and dependable Machine Operator to join our team and contribute to our seasonal and year-round operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor various types of agricultural machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance on machines to ensure safe operation
- Assist with general farm tasks such as planting, spraying, fertilising, and harvesting
- Follow work schedules and health & safety protocols at all times
- Record equipment use and field activity reports as required
- Report machinery faults or incidents to management promptly
- Support other operational duties in the field or yard when needed

**Key Requirements**:

- NZQF Level 4 Certificate in agriculture, mechanical engineering, or a relevant field
- **or**:

- at least
- **two years of relevant work experience**:

- operating agricultural machinery
- Familiarity with standard farm equipment and safe handling practices
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
- Full driver’s licence (with W, T, R endorsements preferred)**What We Offer**:
