**A little bit about the role**
The People Co-ordinator role is a fixed term part time role (20-25 hours) based in head office in Christchurch. The position’s primary purpose is to provide strong administrative support and coordinate meaningful activities to enable a positive People Experience that is inclusive and collaborative. Day to day activities include;
- Coordinate any changes to company policies and procedures in a clear and concise manner.
- Generate paperwork for variations to employment and formal matters including but not limited to title, hours, teams, jury service, etc
- Assist with Health and Safety Incident reporting and information gathering
- Actively support the People Partner(s) with the Performance Improvement Process
- Coordinate all administrative processes throughout the onboarding process, in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team
- Ensure all relevant departments are notified of new starters in a timely fashion and all tools etc required for a new starter are ready
- Provide administrative support to help coordinate cultural events / People calendar events when needed.
- Support the Head of People with administrative assistance when coordinating our annual Global Engagement Survey, diarising key dates, keeping our employee data accurate and addressing any changes
- Support the Head of People with any administration requirements for our B Corp accreditation

**About you...**
You will be Tertiary qualified in HR and currently be in a HR Administration/Co-ordinator role within a HR function. You have demonstrated experience in generalist HR whilst in that role with exposure across the People function including administration, data gathering and reports. You will have a high attention to detail for contracts and your organisation skills means you know what priorities you have and what needs to be completed. You will have great skills across Microsoft suite and have experience within HRIS. Most importantly you will have an affinity with the outdoor lifestyle.
