Emergent has partnered with RethinkX, an independent international research organisation at the forefront of global trends analysis and prediction of future disruptions through impartial, data-driven analysis to provide thought leadership and pivotal decision-making resources for business leaders, governmental bodies, policymakers and the general public.

You will have the opportunity to help shape the organisation as it looks to grow. You will be working with the world leaders in thought-provoking research and analysis into our future, whether this be technological disruption, food production, agriculture, energy, or transportation (amongst many others).

You will have the ability to recruit talented individuals across various fields, seniority and time zones. A variety of roles, including, but not limited to researchers, scientists, marketing/communication specialists, fundraising executives, and IT specialists.

**About the Role**
- Understanding the need of the organisation to determine the roles required
- End-to-end recruitment across international time zones
- Ensure compliance with international recruitment and labour laws, as well as internal company policies
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Managing onboarding process and preparation of contracts for new starters, including carrying out regular reviews in the first 90 days

- A strong networking background - able to identify the “diamond in the rough” particularly through non-standard recruitment channels
- Able to work autonomously, and manage own hours to meet the needs of the business across international time zones
- The ability to carry out occasional international travel as required from time to time
- Stay current on global recruitment trends, best practices, and technologies to continuously improve our talent acquisition process
- Experienced and with proven success in international recruitment, working across various time zones, and across various channels to develop sourcing pipeline (including non-typical channels)
