**About the role**

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding business, supported not only by an engaged management team, but also collaborative & supportive peers.

The role will involve a wide range of tasks (but will initially flex to fit your strengths, we want you to thrive):

- Business development & account management - with room and support to bring your flair.
- Networking broadly across various spaces.
- Accurate documentation in the CRM.
- Project management across various activities concurrently.
- Collaborating across a range of stakeholders - with a big focus on our team.

**Skills & Experience**
- A natural ability to build relationships.
- Fantastic communication skills (verbal & written).
- Strong computer skills and digital literacy.
- A thorough approach to work and affinity with following process to ensure a job done well.
- Comfort working at pace.
- Experience in a manufacturing, engineering or another technical environment, is an advantage.
- Recruitment experience (ideally in technical fields) is highly sought after but not mandatory (additional training and support is available, as required).
