The Role

We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. You'll run full end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing and screening candidates to matching them with great roles and managing the placement process.

If you're organised, sharp on a computer, and great at talking to people from all walks of life, this is your shot to build a real career in recruitment. We'll train you in our systems, scripts, and strategies so you can perform at a high level fast.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Manage data and pipelines daily in JobAdder and other internal systems.
  • Write job ads, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews.
  • Hit performance goals and deliver consistently high-quality placements.
