**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyse live and historical data to identify trends, forecast performance, and provide actionable insights to frontline leaders.
- Support implementation and continuous improvement of automation and AI solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Deliver accurate, timely reporting aligned with evolving business needs to support decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across Consumer Operations, Claims, and Business teams to enable effective workforce planning.
- Champion data literacy, promote performance transparency, and test new digital features in Genesys Cloud and Salesforce.

**Skills and Experience**
- 2+ years’ experience in contact centre operations, workforce management, or performance analytics.
- Proficiency with Genesys Cloud, Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and data visualisation tools such as Power BI.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent data interpretation and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with AI and automation technologies is highly desirable.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all organisational levels.
