Reporting to the VP Sales & Marketing as Social & Digital Content Manager you will oversee interactions with the community by implementing social media and content strategies and enforcing the brand guidelines for Futureverse’s ecosystem of projects. Your goal is to grow our audience and increase engagement with our current and new communities. You will be responsible for developing and executing world-class brand communications across all of our social media channels, and for developing and implementing strategies to grow and engage our audience while building brand loyalty for Futureverse.

As Social & Digital Content Manager that means helping to lead us into new ways of telling stories, creating emotional connection and simplifying complex ideas and tech for everyone.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the global Marketing team to develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Futureverse's overall brand goals and objectives. This includes identifying target audiences, setting social media goals, creating content plans, and developing performance metrics to measure success.
- Manage and oversee all social media channels for Futureverse and its ecosystem projects.
- Create and enforce social media guidelines to ensure consistent brand messaging, tone of voice and visual representation across all social media channels.
- Foster and grow online communities on social media platforms by engaging with users, responding to comments and messages, and driving conversations around Futureverse's products, services, and brand. This includes managing social media influencers and brand advocates to amplify Futureverse's reach and impact.
- Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and content, including metrics such as engagement, reach, sentiment, and conversions. This includes providing regular reports and insights,and making data-driven recommendations for optimizing social media strategies and tactics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platforms, and best practices.
- Research and engage with our products in an effort to understand our offering and communicate about it clearly in a reactive social environment.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the tech, gaming or media industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies and campaigns, with a deep understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- You'll believe in our mission of an open metaverse where creators, companies and communities conjure their future.
- You'll be excited about web3.
- Strong design skills, with the ability to develop visually appealing and engaging content for social media channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling social media content and engage with online communities.
- Ability to develop and enforce social media guidelines to ensure consistent brand messaging and tone of voice.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and analyze social media performance metrics and make data driven recommendations.
- Experience in managing social media influencers and brand advocates.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You would have ideally worked in a tech start-up.
- Willingness to adapt to evolving social media trends and platforms and explore new opportunities for brand exposure.
