**What will you be doing?**

Reporting to the Head of Acquisition Experience you will contribute to the success of Tower through the creation, optimisation and delivery of engaging digital content and experiences on Tower's websites, with a focus on search engine optimisation and growth.

**You can expect to be across the following**:

- Develop, edit, and manage engaging content across Tower's websites to enhance customer experience and support digital acquisition goals.
- Work closely with the marketing team and website squad to implement digital content strategies and launch new campaigns and features that help our Kiwi and Pacific customers buy, manage and claim on their insurance online with ease.
- Deliver on key projects with stakeholders across the Tower business, acting as the voice of the customer and website content expert.
- Align with Tower's business priorities, ensuring a consistent tone of voice, style, and regulatory compliance.
- Use customer insights, and analytics tools to monitor content performance, identify opportunities for website enhancements, and lead improvements in user experience and digital effectiveness.

**What you'll need**

**To be successful in this role, you will also be able to demonstrate the following**:

- Degree in relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a content manager for a medium-large organization
- Expert understanding of content management systems
- Proven experience of website governance and organising digital assets
- Proven experience of SEO best practices
- Experience working with analytics tools to monitor content performance and spot opportunities for improvements
- Experience copywriting for web, with an understanding of best practice principles.
- Knowledge of HTML
- A good understanding of information architecture
- Experience working with UX/UI website designers
- Marketing experience, ideally with digital strategy exposure
- Experience working in a cross functional, agile team
- Experience as part of a website / digital team collaborating with software developers to create new components, creating and refining stories and testing prior to go live.
