Our Opportunity
As the Social Media & Content Specialist, you will be responsible for the delivery of solutions for Goodman Fielder's brands' social media activity, including content creation, copy-writing, and community management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supports the development and delivery of the social media strategy to successfully increase brand awareness and community engagement
- Writes briefs and manages the creation process for content (still and video) for distribution across various digital channels including social media, websites, and EDMs
- Coordinates and manages content calendars and workflows for brands' social media channels
- Responsible for content governance to ensure it is: consistent; right for the channel; optimised and adheres to brand guidelines and tone of voice
- Distribution of content via social and digital channels ensuring best practice guidelines are met
- Pro-actively searches for new opportunities and new trends to leverage content
- Monitor and respond to community activity with the right response, within appropriate time frames
- Collaborate with brand, product, research and development and sales managers to create promotional concepts
- Collect, monitor and analyse social and website metrics, and make improvements accordingly
- Builds and fosters strong internal relationships (Customer Service, Marketing, Sales, Research & Development, Legal and Regulatory teams)
- Provide regular reporting ensuring key internal stakeholders understand their brands' performance in social media channels
- Manage relationships with advertising agencies

About You

**Skills and expertise required**:

- 3-5 years experience working in social media or digital marketing role
- Experience working with multiple brands preferred
- Proven copy writing expertise creating compelling content for multiple brands
- Exceptionally well organised with excellent time management skills, to be able to work in a fast-paced environment
