We are looking for an experienced and passionate Digital Content Whizz to join our innovative marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing (NZ and Pacific) the Digital Content Manager will contribute to the success of Tower through the creation, optimisation and delivery of engaging digital content and experiences on Tower's websites, with a focus on driving exponential growth and improving conversion and self-service outcomes.

In this role you can expect to be involved in the following:

- Developing and delivering a best-in-class digital content plan aligned to Tower's business and strategic priorities
- Create and manage compelling and relevant content for Tower's digital channels, including copy, images and video, to enhance the customer's journey and overall customer experience
- Manage the digital content lifecycle across Tower's websites and other digital channels
- Work with our agency partners to drive organic growth, improve our SEO, paid search integration, and website performance
- Use customer data to deeply understand and monitor performance, track and refine customer journeys to ensure customer needs are met.
- Conduct A/B testing and provide recommendations
- Ensure that digital content in the CMS is structured appropriately
- Ensure consistent tone of voice and style for all digital content
- Keep up-to-date with industry best practice and monitoring content activities of competitors.
- Ensure an efficient content production and publishing process
- Ensure content is updated in a timely manner & is well governed
- Ensure the CMS is well ordered and content is properly tagged and loaded

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Digital Content Manager to join a business that is challenging the insurance industry. To be successful in this role you bring with you:

- At least 5 years experience working as a Digital Content Manager for a medium to large organisation.
- Expert understanding of content management systems, ideally Wordpress
- Expert knowledge of website governance and organising digital assets
- High level understanding of optimising content for search
- Experience working with analytics tools to monitor content performance and spot opportunities for improvements
- Experience copywriting for web, with an understanding of best practice principles.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavasScript
- You will be a natural problem solver, you will build strong relationships, collaborating and communicating effectively to deliver great results.
