Our client is looking for Social Media & Content Manager to join their team in this newly created role. Reporting to the General Manager, you will have a relevant degree and experience ideally in the arts and culture sector.

This role will suit an experienced professional who is proficient across all digital and social media platforms. This role will have overall responsibility for the content creation and delivery of the digital marketing strategy.

You will be a strategic and creative thinker with the strong ability to target audiences across a variety of digital, e-commerce and social media channels. This is a role that requires a strong and creative leader to work with the Marketing team to drive results.

**About the role**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media and content strategy across all digital channels to increase brand awareness, engagement, traffic and conversion
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging, and shareable content that aligns with the company’s values, voice, and target audience
- Manage and optimise all social media accounts, including scheduling, publishing, monitoring, and reporting of performance metrics
- Grow the company’s social media presence to new heights through organic and paid tactics, such as influencer partnerships, social ads, contests, and promotions if and where relevant and aligned
- Drive community interaction on social sights interacting with like-minded businesses and people to organically grow engagement
- Manage digital projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging, branding, and goals across all channels
- Analyse and report on social media and content performance to continuously improve the strategy and tactics
- Manage all the content creation, design, and execution of EDM marketing campaigns
- Maintain and update the company website with fresh, current and relevant content, optimise for search engine rankings, and ensure website functionality, security, and user experience
- Project a positive, creative and forward-thinking approach through inspired, innovative ideas and strong personal commitment
