**About Us**
We’re looking for a Digital Content Assistant to join our team and help elevate our online presence. This role offers flexibility with remote/hybrid work and occasional in-person collaboration. This is an ideal opportunity for a student or recent graduate with a passion for content creation and marketing, looking to gain valuable experience in a flexible, supportive environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**
- Plan, execute, and optimise content strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Monitor social channels, respond to comments/messages, and foster community engagement.
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve growth and engagement.
**Content Creation**
- Produce high-quality photos and videos for social media, ads, and digital platforms.
- Create engaging short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) aligned with current trends.
- Occasionally appear on camera to present or narrate content, so confidence and enthusiasm are key
- Edit videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar platforms.
**Optional: Digital Advertising (Added Benefit)**
- Assist in managing paid campaigns on platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and TikTok.
- Analyse ad performance (CTR, ROAS, CPA) and make recommendations for optimisation.
**Creative Collaboration**
- Brainstorm new ideas and trends to keep the brand fresh and innovative.
- Work closely with the team to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- ** Education**: Currently studying or graduated in marketing, communications, media, or a related field (BONUS if you have prior experience)
- ** Creative Skills**: Proficiency in photography, videography, and editing using popular video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or Canva).
- ** Marketing Knowledge**: Familiarity with social media analytics and marketing strategies.
- ** Bonus**: Experience running ads on Meta, Google or TikTok.
- ** Soft Skills**: Strong communication, enthusiasm, creative thinking, and time management skills. (Someone who’s not shy in front of the camera and loves bringing energy and enthusiasm to their work).
