The role of Content Manager is a hands-on role that drives the Flight Centre New Zealand Marketing Strategies through the delivery of content and social media marketing plans, brand projects and search engine optimization in a fast-paced, dynamic marketing environment.

This role will also work collaboratively with the wider New Zealand Marketing team and Global Content and SEO teams to deliver content opportunities across channels (specifically focusing on Facebook and Instagram).

**About the role. Mō te Tūranga**
- Social media calendar, working across channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Pinterest)
- Work on influencer and brand campaigns
- Project management
- Foster and maintain key relationships across multiple departments at multiple levels.
- Develop online content, blog and social media strategies, including their integration and amplification to drive increased engagement and advocacy towards our brand.

**About you. mo koe**
- Meta Business Manager and Meta Ad Manager experience essential.
- Demonstrated knowledge of SEO and the sales funnel and experience in digital advertising, social media and content planning.
- 3+ years in a social media and/or content role.
- Experience in producing content for social media, including TikTok and monitoring organic performance.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
